iTaste MVP 3.0 can drive up to 30 watts and can handle sub-ohm coils between 0.4 and 2.5 ohms. You can adjust the number of watts, so you can go from 6 W up to 30 W in intervals of 0.5 W. Volt voltage can be varied between 3.0 and 9.0 V with steps of 0.1 V.
